Good Things {and Currently!}

I’m back with some more good things!  I know I said Thursdays, but I think I really meant Fridays 🙂  I really like this little addition to my week of blogging.  It’s made me stop and focus on the little things that make me smile!  Here we go!


{1} Ahh, 1203 followers!! Keep an eye open for a little giveaway soon 😉

{2} I re-did my calendar/job bulletin board, and I enjoy it a lot:
Now, don’t ask me why I did this BB over with the end of the year quickly approaching… let’s just say I’m crazy!! I wasn’t happy with it all.year. and I guess I wasn’t inspired until this week!  At least I can recreate it next year using this picture 😉  It’s busy but I like it like that!  The stars that the “Super Kids” are holding have my kiddo’s names on them… I blurred them out 🙂

{3} My littles are eating up the Sparklers idea:
I mentioned Sparklers in {this} post a while back.  The idea came from Beg, Borrow, Steal.  I use these glittery pom poms as an incentive for my table groups to behave.  Man, the competition for Sparklers is intense!! If a group earns 8, they get a prize and then start over; the other groups continue on until they hit 8, and so on.

The scallop shapes at the bottom of each bucket tell me which one belongs to which group {orange table, blue table, etc.}

{4} Today my class made my heart the flag projects:

I love the way they turned out!!  While we were making them, one of my sweeties said, “Mrs. P, this is easy… and it’s actually a little bit fun!”  LOL!  I loved that 🙂
